Dain and I were discussing this recently, and it looks like Interplay has unofficially announced some sort of victory. I suspect they've just released some stuff they used in the trial, since there's no way this litigation is over already.

Either way, I'd still rather see Bethesda do this MMO than Interplay.

EDIT: Yeah, when I read the posts, I think they were able to release the this because it was used as evidence, not because they defeated Bethesda. I'll wait for a real news source.

I would still like to see Interplay pull it off.

It should be noted that Interplay isn't the developer who made the original Fallout games, so why root for Interplay? I'm just curious, really.

Ummm not really a good reason, but I loved Interplay for so long. I think it's just nostalgia now, that and I think Bethesda would screw the pooch.
